Usually only the Brandenburgers can look forward to October 31, because the Reformation Day, which celebrates the Protestant Reformation, is generally considered a holiday there, but not in Berlin. But this year, on the 500th anniversary, all of Germany can look forward to another holiday. Those who were smart also took 30 October off and so – thanks to Luther – have a four-day weekend.

After more than 10 years in the old canteen, the Lauscherlounge is saying goodbye to moving to a new location next year. Saturday, October 28th Fishing for Islands – Hamburger Bahnhof
At the weekend, the Hamburger Bahnhof turns into an ocean, at least almost, because within 1.5 days – i.e. in three tidal cycles – oceanic performances, installations and panels are shown, by Stefanie Hessler and Markus Reymann under the name "Fishing for Islands" were curated. The artists sat down with the topic "seas" apart in a traditional and mythological way, but also try to implement new dimensions and perspectives through themes such as migration and infrastructure. It will start on Friday with an experimental "circus", before continuing on Saturday with artist talks, panels and lectures by scientists and curators.

Saturday, October 28th Valley of Confusion: Three times Black Cat – Blue Cat
