  • ½ cup of green chives;
  • ½ cup of water;
  • 200 g of finely rolled oats;
  • Tomato sauce to taste.

Preparation method:

Leave the eggplants in a bowl in a solution of water and salt for 1 hour. Heat the olive oil and fry the garlic, onion and bell pepper. Add the tomato.
